Boquete Baking Project is the newest chapter in the story of Pastelería Alemana, a family tradition built through more than 30 years of baking, sharing and bringing people together.
Here, everything begins in our own kitchen. From buttery sourdough, sandwich loaves and artisan burger buns to croissants, apple pie, brownies and delicate lemon tarts, our breads and pastries are baked in-house with carefully selected ingredients, patience and genuine craftsmanship.
But we are more than a bakery. We are a welcoming garden café where you can enjoy breakfast, brunch, homemade soups, sandwiches, burgers, specialty coffee and something sweet—surrounded by fresh mountain air and the natural beauty of Boquete.
